  1. Another amazing book with adventure, suspense, and fast-paced action that anyone will enjoy. I was so glad it came out in time for Christmas!
Prince Gage tries to hide the full truth from the people who could help him if he hadn’t lied to them and destroyed their trust. And then his own friends and family cannot know the truth without putting their lives in danger, so Gage feels he has to carry this weight alone and pay for his deeds at the hands of unscrupulous men. He doesn’t know who to trust- the soldiers who are abusing their powers or Manton, a friend who lied to him. In the end he knows he has to do his part regardless of what others do or what will happen to him.
The title, The Rebel’s Mark, has a dual meaning- the physical mark of a rebel and the isolation that comes with it and the spiritual mark of forsaking God in your life.
I can’t wait for the next book to come out! Thanks Given, for your commitment to writing God-honoring books.

  2. This book builds off the tournament price it some very unexpected ways. I really like how Given draws the reader to Christ. Super cool. I can’t wait for the next one.

  3. A lot of people say that either the sequel is better than the first or vice versa, however, that is not the case with this series. Given has just created another masterpiece. Other than being well written, this book answers some spiritual questions that helped me grow in my faith, such as “why do bad things happen to good people?” A question that I have been struggling with recently, I highly recommend this book to teenagers and even adults! I can’t wait for the next book!
